Moving from FSX to P3D
« on: February 12, 2019, 08:18:14 pm »
Hi Iains,

I'm in the process of making the move across to P3D v4.4 after many, many, many years of FSX. I have Scotflight for ORBX Vols. 1 - 4, EGPH, EGPF, Masts, Trump Turnberry, Lighthouses and the three Forth Bridges all installed in FSX.

Will I be able to transfer these across to P3D. If so will I need to pay for an upgrade?

Will I need to uninstall everything and reinstall for P3D?

Sorry, so many questions but I need a lot of help!

Cheers,

Bob

Hi Bob

For best results you need to install the versions that are P3D specific,  so I am afraid it's a case of re-downloading all the products you have installed in FSX at the moment.  For Scotflight for Orbx vol 1 to 4 you can redownload through here www.scotflightscenery.com/LostKeyRequest.php
The freeware stuff is available from the 'Freeware' page.
There is no charge for moving to the P3D versions.
If you encounter any problems then please contact us either here or through our Support.

Many thanks for your response Iain and much appreciate the no cost solution!!

I've always loved having the Scotflight stuff from the early days and I'm so looking forward to having it in P3D.

Cheers,

Bob
