Just had to reinstall Scotflight - seemed to go OK, scenery.cfg only has the one entry:
[Area.169]
Title=Scotland-FSX-V2
Local=D:\Scotland-FSX-V2
Active=TRUE
Required=FALSE
Layer=169

which is above VFR Gen X Volume 4, but I see that the Scotland-FSX-V2 folder has a number of extra folders and I wondered if they were relevant:
ScotflightFSXVol1Landclass
ScotflightFSXVol1Terrain
Scotland_Coastline
Scotland_Roads

I'm assuming these are for non-vfr scenery but thought I'd ask anyway.

Thanks

Hi Grajay

You should have cfg entries for all the areas listed,   not just one.  This applies to both photo and non-photo versions.  You also don't appear to have the latest version,  which you can download and install with your existing registration key.
Are you running Windows 7 by any chance?  There can be problems in this case if you want to install Scotflight to a different location than the default.  Manual entries to your cfg file may then have to be made.

I'll download the latest version and start again- thanks Iain.

Yup - running Windws 7 - so I'll do the manual entries in the scenery.cfg - is there any particular order they should go in please?.

Hi Grajay

If you have WI photo product then place Scotflight entries above the Horizon ones.  For Scotflight itself I would put ScotflightLibraries first and then the main scenery area.  After that I don't think it matters really.

Hi Grajay

I am hopeful things have been sorted out now,   so please try again to download using the required upgrade.

Apologies for the earlier problems.

Edit - sorry Iain -I got ahead of myself - I thought it had installed but when I came back to the machine the unpacking threw up a CRC error.  At least with this download I was able to unzip the files which I couldn't do before.  Is it possible you could upload the exe somewhere for me to link directly to please?

Further Edit - yet another download and this one worked fine - what a relief!
